Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil on low/mes heat and soften/colour veg.
Step 2
Combine mince in bowl and break up. Add oil if needed.
Step 3
Add mince to pan and brown on higher heat.
Step 4
Add red wine, simmer for 2 mins.
Step 5
Add milk, simmer for 2 mins.
Step 6
Add stock, passata and puree.
Step 7
Simmer gently for a min 3 hours to thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until right texture.
