Egg Fried Rice in a Mug

This egg fried rice is a great single-serving meal for days when you feel too lazy to cook. (Adapted from Meals in a Mug.)

Instructions

Step 1
Place rice into lg. mug. Lay peas, red pepper, green onion, bean sprouts & cabbage on top. Cover mug with cling film. Using knife, puncture 1-2 sm.holes through film. Microwave on HIGH - 1:15 min.
Step 2
Beat egg & mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder & five-spice powder. Pour egg mixture into the mug & stir with vegetables & rice
Step 3
Cover mug with cling film again; microwave 1:15-1:30. Remove mug from microwave & stir everything again.
Step 4
Let stand (1 min.) to finish cooking. Use fork to fluff up rice; serve.
