Instructions

Step 1
In a large saucepan- add sesame oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until veggies soften.
Step 2
Add in broccoli and mushrooms, cook for a few minutes then mix in coconut aminos and duck sauce.
Step 3
Microwave rice packets according to package then add to pan with veggies. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Push rice mixture to one side of the pan and crack both eggs into the pan. Scramble eggs and mix into rice mixture.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
