Instructions

Step 1
Soak rice cakes in water for 20 minutes if using refrigerated or frozen rice cakes
Step 2
Mix together gochujang, vinegar, sugar, garlic and coke to create the sauce
Step 3
Over medium heat, add butter and oil to a pan
Step 4
Fry rice cakes for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and slightly golden
Step 5
Drizzle desired amount of sauce on fried rice cakes
Step 6
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, optional
