Instructions
Step 1
Peel the mushrooms and chop them fine. Cook them in butter for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle the flour over them and blend it in.
Step 2
Add the stock and milk (or cream), mix and heat the soup gradually to boiling point. Keep stirring so that it will be smooth and do not let it boil. Season with salt and pepper and serve piping hot.
