Ingredients

Peanut sauce
1onion
diced
1 Tbspginger garlic paste
or 3 cloves of garlic diced and 1/2cm ginger diced
80gcrunchy peanut butter
1 Tbspsambal
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspcoriander powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
4 Tbspcoconut milk

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the tempeh for 10 minutes in 400ml water with 3 tablespoons soy sauce added to it. Drain and let cool
Step 2
Blanch the green beans. Drain and let it cool
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion. When the onion is glassy add the garlic-ginger paste and sambal. Fry for a few minutes. Afterwards stir in the coriander powder.
Step 4
Pour 100ml water in the pan and bring up to boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the peanut butter. Add the soy sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally add the coconut milk.
Step 5
You can add the tempeh to the pan if you like to glaze it in peanut sauce. But you can also add the peanut sauce separately.
Step 6
Plate with the vegetables, tempeh and peanut sauce.
