Instructions
Step 1
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C. Tip the drained chickpeas on to a baking tray, pat them dry with a tea towel or some kitchen roll and spread them out. Roast for 25-30 minutes until they're crispy and dry. Leave to cool.
Step 2
2 Melt the chocolate (you can do this in short bursts in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water).
Step 3
3 In a large bowl, combine the roasted chickpeas with the melted chocolate and a pinch of sea salt. Spread out on a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 30 minutes until set. Break up and divide between five food bags/ containers. They will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
