Step 1
Add oil to wok. Stir fry onion until golden then add ginger/garlic. Stir fry for 1-2min. Add pork. Brown. Add chili flakes and sesame seeds. Sauté for 30-60sec. Deglaze wok with shaoxing wine. Add 1/2 the butter. Add eggs and scramble. Make a well and add the remaining butter. Add rice (works better if the rice is slightly heated up so it's less sticky). Add soy sauce and splash of wine. Stir fry. Add white pepper, chick bouillon, salt, MSG, and extra soy sauce to taste. Add mayo and stir in. Sprinkle a dash of sugar. Garnish with extra chili flakes and mayo.
