or 2 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper
3 tablespoonswhole wheat flour
to thicken
¼ cupwhite wine
to deglaze, Sauvignon Blanc
1 tablespoontomato paste
1 tspno salt seasoning
dried veggies
1 tablespoondried herb mix
Instructions
Step 1
Saute the vegetables in the oil for 5-6 minutes. Let them begin to caramelize
Step 2
Stir in the tomato paste and flour. cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Deglaze the pan with wine. let simmer to cook off alcohol.
Step 4
Mix the vegetable stock, soy sauce, miso paste, nutritional yeast, and seasoning together. Then add to pan .
Step 5
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes
