Step 1
Boil yellow potatoes in pan of water until soft.
Test: potato falls off of a toothpick
Step 2
Drain water and cut potatoes into halves
Step 3
Add butter and spices. Keep on low heat, stirring occasionally, to allow butter to seep into potatoes.
