Garlic Stuffed Proscuitto Dates

Instructions

Step 1
In a small pot, add the peeled garlic and cover with olive oil. Simmer on very low heat until soft, around 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400*F
Step 3
Strain the garlic and reserve olive oil for another time.
Step 4
Stuff a clove of garlic into the date and wrap with one small piece of proscuitto. Do this with all of the ingredients until you run out.
Step 5
Place onto a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes, until the proscuitto is hardened.
Step 6
Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy or store for later and eat chilled!
