This beautiful Layered Cobb Salad Trifle is easy to make and is loaded with hearty protein. This twist on the classic cobb salad is EIGHT delicious layers of lettuce, topped with grilled chicken, tomatoes, boiled eggs, homemade dressing, crispy bacon, crumbled blue cheese and green onions. This is a fun healthy summer salad for a bbq lunch or dinner gathering, made in less than 30 minutes.

2 teaspoonfresh lemon juice
2 teaspoondried parsley
1 teaspoondried dill
1 teaspoondried chives
½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ cupmilk
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Layer ingredients in the trifle bowl in this order: lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, boiled eggs, dressing, bacon, blue cheese, and green onions.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
