Marinade
2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspworcestershire
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tspdijon
1 tspminced garlic
pepper
to taste
1 lblean steak
Salad Dressing
2 Tbspdijon mustard
2 Tbspmayonnaise
2 Tbspred wine vinegar
½ tspgarlic
crushed
½ tspsugar
½ tspblack pepper
Salad Components
Instructions
Day Before
Step 1
Combine marinade and steak in a ziploc bag. Marinate overnight.
Day Of
Step 2
Combine dressing ingredients.
Step 3
Discard marinade. Pan fry steak on medium heat until medium rare, approximately 4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Remove steak from heat, tent, and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
While steak rests, assemble salad components in a large bowl, including dressing.
Step 6
Slice steak against the grain and serve atop salad.
