Instructions
Step 1
Sauté couscous, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf, & green onion in butter until couscous is golden.
Step 2
Add water & bring to a boil. Simmer 7-10 minutes until liquid is absorbed
Step 3
Saute pine nuts in butter until brown
Step 4
Add nuts & butter used to cook them into the cooked couscous & serve.
