Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F (unless freezing).
Step 2
Pound chicken until thinned.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese.
Step 4
Dip one side of each breast into the melted butter.
Step 5
Immediately dip the same side into the bread crumb and cheese mixture.
Step 6
On the clean side of the breast, place 1-2 dollops of cream cheese & 2-6 spinach leaves.
Step 7
Roll them so that the cream cheese is on the inside.
Step 8
Secure with a toothpick.
Step 9
Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
