Instructions
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Step 2
Mix icing ingredients together and spread over hot cake. Return to oven 5 minutes to brown coconut.
