Step 1
In 10" cast iron skillet, melt butter over low. Add minced garlic, cooking while stirring until fragrant (45 sec.) Add shrimp; cook while stirring occasionally until shrimp curl up & turn orange (5 min.)
Step 2
Turn off heat & sprinkle shrimp generously with salt, pepper, & parsley.
Step 3
Plate shrimp with remaining pan sauce in a sm. dish alongside. Or poured over rice pilaf or pasta.
