Step 1
Cut vegetables into same sized cubes
Step 2
Fry bacon, add butter and cut vegetables
Step 3
Fry meat for a while, placing it next to vegetables, not together. Add wine and cook for a minute until alcohol evaporates
Step 4
Add passata and leave on small heat for 2-3hr, under cover.
Step 5
You can add a bit of milk to make the sauce more delicate in flavour
