Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.sprinkle filets with salt and pepper. Dot filets with butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with bits of butter, then sherry and parsley. Sprinkle wth Penzeys mural of flavor or herb of choice. Bake about 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Spoon juuces over filets and serve immediately.
