Instructions
Step 1
1) Wash spinach and remove the ends.
Step 2
2) Bring water to a boil and add 1 tbsp salt. Add the spinach and cook for 20–30 sec.
Step 3
3) Remove water, let cool down under cold running water, and remove excess water by squeezing.
Step 4
4) Transfer the spinach into a bowl and cut it in half using scissors.
Step 5
5) Add soybean paste, sesame seeds, and sesame oil, and mix well. Run a quick taste check and add light soy sauce or salt to your liking.
Step 6
Serve with rice and enjoy 🥰
