Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil
Step 2
Add in spinach and boil for about 3-4 minutes until spinach is wilted
Step 3
Fill a large bowl with ice and cold water and set aside
Step 4
Drain spinach and place into ice bath
Step 5
One spinach is cold, use your hands and wring out wring as much moisture from the cold cooked spinach leaves as possible. Place in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 6
Add the rest of the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth
Step 7
Slowly add some of the dressing over top of the spinach. Mix with tongs to evenly coat the spinach. Add more dressing if you prefer more sauce.
Step 8
Garnish with sesame seeds. This dish is best when served cold!
