Step 1
Salt and boil water
Step 2
Clean the spinach in running water
Step 3
Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 30 seconds
Step 4
Wash the blanched spinach in cold water
Step 5
Squeeze and drain the spinach
Step 6
Put 1tb minced garlic, 1tb sesame oil, 0.5tb salt, 2tb soy sauce, little MSG, little pepper and little sesame on spinach and mix
