This banana bread is so good and easy to make.
This is a no butter recipe, but not to worry it still tastes amazing.
Without the butter you loose alittle of the buttery flavour we love, but it’s compensated by how moist the oil make the loaf.
I listed 2 bananas in the recipe, but you could also add 3.
Feel free to experiment with the spices, as this is just a rough amount.
At the end if you feel the loaf is not cooked enough, just stick a toothpick into it, if it comes out clean then the banana bread is ready.

Preheat oven to 325F

Start by mashing the bananas

Then whisk in the eggs

Add the oil
Step 5
Add the vanilla

Mix it thoroughly

Add all the dry ingredients

Mix it together
Step 9
Do not over mix!
Step 10
Pour mixture into greased loaf pan

Bake for approx. 1 hour, until golden brown. If not ready add 10 mins
