Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, mix fresh rocket with 1 tablespoon of your ricotta and extra virgin olive oil.
Step 2
In a bowl, add flour, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, the rest of you ricotta, your green cream and 120g Parmigiano.
Step 3
Knead for 5 mins or until sexy!
Step 4
Cut a piece of your dough and roll it into a sausage then slice it into 2 cm length pieces.
Step 5
Boil your gnocchi in some salted water until they come to surface.
Step 6
In the meantime, met some butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Step 7
Add cream, season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 2 mins.
Step 8
Add your gnocchi in, give it a nice stir, turn off the heat and add your Parmigiano. Toss well to combine all the flavours together.
