Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, add basil leaves, garlic clove, pine nuts, a pinch of salt, grated Parmigiano, ricotta and extra virgin olive oil.
Step 2
Mix everything together for about 30/45 seconds or until creamy. Add your cream to a cold pan.
Step 3
In the meantime, boil your pasta until al dente, drain then add it to the pan.
Step 4
Mix your pasta with your ricotta and pesto cream, adding a drop of pasta water to make it sexy!
