Marinade
300gchicken thigh meat
1 tablespoonoyster sauce
1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
½ teaspoonsalt
1 tablespooncornflour
3 dasheswhite pepper
1 tablespoonsesame oil

Instructions
Step 1
In a dutch oven, add sesame oil, grated or diced ginger and shallots. Fry until fragrant.
Step 2
Add garlic. Add mushrooms.
Step 3
Add uncooked rice and fry.
Step 4
Add chicken stock powder. Add water and wait until boiling. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
Step 5
Add chicken and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 6
Turn off heat and let it cook for several minutes. Mix in the chicken before serving.
