Traditional Puerto Rican drink for the holidays, similar to egg nog, but milder and with a tropical twist!

Instructions
Step 1
Beat yolks and sugar over a double boiler, untill white and creamy.
Step 2
Mix in the evaporated milk, then the condensed milk and coconut cream, untill well blended.
Step 3
Add rum (milk if non alcoholic) cinnamon and vanilla, little by little, at slow speed.
Step 4
Bottle or put in a pitcher, cover and refrigerate. Mix well before serving. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
