Instructions
Step 1
Ground beef and remove from pot.
Step 2
Sauté carrots celery and onion
Step 3
Add garlic and seasonings, sauté a few minutes
Step 4
Add soup, tomatoes, broth, peas and green beans. Let simmer for 30 minutes
Step 5
Add potatoes and water. Cook until potatoes are fork tender. Let sit overnight for even better results (this goes for most soups and dips😉)
Step 6
Serves 6-8. You can double the recipe, minus potato and freeze for additional servings.
