Beat cream cheese & heavy cream in a stand or electric hand mixer until smooth.

Add brown sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until dip is well mixed well.

Taste & add more brown sugar & vanilla as needed.

Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a medium

Place bread slices, one at a time, into the egg mixture and flip to make sure both sides of bread are coated well. (DO NOT SOAK)

Melt butter in a large skillet or on a griddle.

Place coated bread slices on skillet or griddle and cook on medium heat until golden brown.

As soon as you flip one spread a thick layer of the sweetened cream cheese on the one side of slice of Toast.

Cook until both slices are golden brown on both sides (roughly3-5 minutes.)

Top with another slice of toast to form a sandwich.

Serve on plate cut in 1/2 & topped with your favorite fresh or canned pie filling. Sprinkle confectionery sugar on top to garnish.

Add light maple syrup or honey if if desired.
