Instructions
Step 1
Boil all the veg in a large pot of boiling water for 30 mins
Drain but leave a cup of water to the side
Blend or mash all veg and re add cup of water
Add 2 tbs vitalite to mix
Mix in flour to make a dough (sometimes you need more than 2 cups if the mixture is a bit wet)
Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge Add a little olive oil to a frying pan
Break off a ball of dough and flatten into the pan
Shallow fry until golden on each side. Enjoy!!
This can also be used as a base for a free from Pizza just add topping of your choice!!
