Instructions

Wash squash then cut squash into apx 1 1/2 - 2 inch chunks. Omit area with seeds Place chunks on cookie sheet with sil pat or greased sheet Drizzle olive oil over the squash pieces Bake at 375 f for 90 mins or until very soft Mix all other ingredients into a sauce and toss the squash until fully coated with the spicy mayo mixture Eat warm or cold.
