I like avocado

1 Tbsparrowroot starch
or cornstarch

1 tspsalt

1 tspblack pepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsppaprika

1 Tbspnutritional yeast
optional for extra flavor

Sriracha Tahini Sauce
optional but recommended

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspmaple syrup

1 tspmustard

2 Tbsptahini
I used

1 Tbspwater

1 Tbspsriracha

1garlic clove
minced

Instructions
Step 1
Toss carrots with oil, spices and starch.
Step 2
Add carrots to air fryer/baking sheet in an even layer and well spaced out.
Step 3
Air fry carrots for 15-17 minutes at 400 degrees until slightly browned and crisp. Shake once halfway through.
Step 4
If using an oven, roast at 425 degrees on a lined sheet pan for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Make your sriracha tahini sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Step 6
Dip fries into tahini sauce and enjoy.
