Chilli halloumi and smoked bacon caesar salad

Ingredients
3 servings
2garden salad
pre made, pots, or fresh made garden salad
1 packhalloumi
1 packbacon lardons
caesar salad dressing
Avocado
added extra
croutons
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the lardons in a flying pan until crispy. Slice the halloumi and add them to the pan.
Step 2
Add the dressing to the salad in a bowl and add a handful of Parmesan and mix.
Step 3
Serve with extra parmesan and black pepper.
