Instructions
Step 1
Dice the salad ingredients into a bowl. Add vinegar and mix by hand
Step 2
In a food processor, mix feta ingredients then mix in olive oil

Step 3
Add glaze ingredients into bowl and mix together
Step 4
Cube up chicken, add olive oil to pan, add butter to pan, add chicken to pan. Cook until both sides barely turn white. Add in glaze mix and crank up heat. Stir until glaze thickens and binds to chicken
