Prawns, tomato and spinach orzo - another recipe I made up.

Instructions
Step 1
Add some olive oil to a frying pan. Add onion and soften.
Step 2
If your prawns are raw add them here
Step 3
Add tomatoes and allow them to cook down to form the base of your sauce.
Step 4
Add minced garlic
Step 5
Season your sauce with salt and pepper
Step 6
If your prawns are cooked add them here.
Step 7
Add a splash of white wine to your sauce
Step 8
Add the spinach and basil. Leave to simmer for about 20mins.
Step 9
Whilst your sauce simmers boil a pot of salted water and add your orzo
Step 10
When the orzo is done add it to the sauce and mix the ingredients together
Step 11
Taste the dish to see if it needs any seasoning.
Step 12
Serve with shavings of Parmesan.
