Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until mixed thoroughly.

3. Shape into even balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and completely cooked through.

4. Combine all the ingredients for the honey sriracha sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk continuously, making sure mixture doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
Step 6
6. Toss the meatballs in the saucepan with the honey sriracha sauce and serve.
