Step 1
Quarter the Romaine, then cook until charred, in dry pan on each side for 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan, and salt and pepper.
For the dressing
Step 2
Stir to combine vinegar, mayonnaise, olive oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
