Instructions

Step 1
Saute chicken, onion & garlic in oil until done add the seasonings.
Step 2
Put squash in pan and pour tomato sauce and water over the chicken and squash.
Step 3
Bring to boil then lower heat to simmer until squash is done about 30-45 min.
Step 4
You want some of the liquid to cook down.
Step 5
Serve over rice- (you can cook the rice in the chicken broth to give it more flavor).
