Instructions
Step 1
Brown sausage in a large sauté pan. Remove meat but leave the grease.

Step 2
Add bell peppers, zucchini and onion to the pan. Cook for 1 minute.

Step 3
Add tomatoes, garlic and spinach. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4
Cook your noodles to Al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 5
Pour spaghetti sauce into a 13x9 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350.


Step 6
Mix in your softened veggies and half of the ground sausage to the sauce.

Step 7
Mix together the other half of the ground sausage, spices and cheeses.

Step 8
Fill your shells with the cheese mixture.
Step 9
Add filled shells to the pan, scooping about 2 tablespoons worth of sauce onto the top of each shell.

Step 10
Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 11
Sprinkle with more cheese to garnish.
