Instructions
Step 1
Grease a baking tin. Beat margarine and sugar to a cream, stir in the syrup, salt and oats. When well blended spread in the prepared tin as evenly as possible. Bake a moderate oven for about 35 minutes or until its a rich golden brown. Cut into fingers but leave until quite cold, as it breakes easily.Store in airtight tin when cool crisp and firm.
