Ground beef
Step 1
Heat a skillet on medium high heat and add 3 tbsp oil

Add 3 cloves chopped garlic and sauté for a minute

Add 1.5 pounds ground beef and brown

Add half diced onion and cook for 1 minute

Add sazon (2 tsp), tomato bouillon (2 tsp), salt (1 tsp), pepper (2 tsp), adobo (1 tsp), 2 bay leaves, and oregano (2 tsp)

Lower heat to medium low. Cook for 10 minutes.

**Before serving meat, drain oil otherwise you will have a wet ass, runny tostada (eWww)
Refried beans

I use any canned refried beans. Add water to a blender, qtr onion, half tomato, half Serrano & a garlic cube.

Season with cumin, salt and pepper, tomato bouillon, and adobo (1 tsp each)

Blend u til you reach a nice consistency. Not supper runny. Not too thick. Heat in microwave or pot.
