Instructions

Step 1
Add the oil to a large pan and heat to a medium high temperature. Add the onion and cook till softened and slightly translucent.
Step 2
Add garlic and all other herbs and spices and sugar, stir to coat onions. Add vinegar and stir. Cook out a little.
Step 3
Once the vinegar has gone syrupy add the mince and brown. Add tomato paste, stir and cook out for a couple minutes.
Step 4
Add the bell pepper stir and cook for about 5 mins, just before it goes soft.
Step 5
Add stock and stir. Add tomatoes and stir. Add kidney beans. Add some reserved water from the can of beans should it seem a little dry.
Step 6
Simmer for 20 mins Serve
