Instructions

Step 1
On a microwavable plate place one wrap and sprinkle all of the ingredients over the entire wrap. Then place the quesadilla in the microwave for 2mins.
Step 2
Remove the quesadilla from the microwave and fold in half pressing firmly together.
Step 3
Fold the wrap in half, firmly pressing down. The cheese will help the quesadilla stick together.
Step 4
Repeat the process with the second wrap. Then serve with a side salad.
Step 5
Alternatively for an extra crispy finish, spray and non-stick with spray oil and place the quesadilla in the centre and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
