Step 1
Score the thicker parts of the chicken with a knife.
Step 2
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients in a ziplock bag and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the grill pan, and cook the chicken on both sides.
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 5
Add the sauce and pass the chicken through. When the sauce thickens, turn off the heat.
