Instructions

Step 1
Sauté chicken breast in olive oil and butter.
Step 2
Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add to pan sliced red peppers and onion let those cook down 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add all your seasonings.
Step 5
Add chicken broth.
Step 6
Add sliced roasted peppers and brine.
Step 7
Bring to a simmer, once simmering add your chicken back. Let that cook for about 10 minutes until the peppers and onions are tender.
