Kickin Chicken Alfedo
You can add more alfredo if you want
You can add more seasoning if you want
You can use more oil if you want.
Don't overcook the chicken it doesn't need more than 8-9 minutes since it will cook in the sauce also.

Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken into strips or cubes 2-3 cm
Step 2
Put all chicken in same bowl and add 1 tablespoon olive oil + all seasonings and mix
Step 3
Use pan big enough for all chicken to be flat on the surface, add 1 tbsp olive oil and turn heat to high
Step 4
Once heated dump chicken into pan and spread them out so each piece has one side touching the pan (not stacked ontop of each other)
Step 5
Once chicken starts turning white on the edges and a little bit near the middle flip each piece over and turn heat to medium low - 2 (just check the bottom part it should have formed a little sear don't burn it)
Step 6
Cook for 2-3 mins and flip again for another 2-3 mins, cut into the thickest pieces and check if they are white if they are put heat down to 1
Step 7
Add Alfredo sauce and very little amount of water (you can also add 1tbsp sour cream), cover pan with lid and let simmer on low heat 5-10 mins stirring often
Step 8
Enjoy - Around 650 calories for all 500grams (3 big servings) 120 grams of protein, and delicious.
