Step 1
1. Chop tofu and vegetables into bite sized pieces
2. Mix brown sugar, tomato paste and coconut aminos together in a bowl
3. Fry tofu until golden and crispy
4. Add veggies and cook until tender
5. Prepare noodles according to packet
6. Add noodles and sauce to the pan and mix together well
7. Let simmer for 10 minutes for sauce to thicken 8. Serve
