Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add ingredients and mix. Set aside for 5mins
water2 ½ cups
yeast7 grams
honey2 teaspoons

In separate bowl mix
white flour5 cups
salt2 teaspoons
Step 3
Mix wet and dry ingredients. Mix well until there’s no slurry or dry parts
Step 4
I’m third bowl add olive oil. Then add the dough mixture
olive oil4 tablespoons
Step 5
Coat mixture really well in olive oil. Cover and leave to rise in fridge for 24 hours
Step 6
Deflate dough while shaping it into ball
Step 7
Slide into greased rectangular pan and slightly stretch out dough
Step 8
Leave to rise in warm spot for 4 hours till it fills pan and is a little giggly
Step 9
Dimple dough with your fingies then top with whatever you want honey and feta or garlic and olive oil. Make sure you use a good bit of olive oil for a crunch my crust
Step 10
Bake for 20 min at 390
