Instructions
Step 1
Place Rice in Large Bowl
Step 2
Fill with Water, then Swirl, Wash, and Pour off the water (Not the Rice)

Repeat 3-4 Times or Until Water Runs Clear

Fill Bowl Again and Soak Rice for 30 Minutes

Drain Rice
Step 6
Fill Medium Pot with 1 3/4 Cups water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil.
Step 7
Add Rice, Stir, and Wait until Water Comes Back to a Full Boil.
Step 8
Turn Down the heat to low, cover the pot, then cook for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed
Step 9
After 15 minutes, turn off the heat,
Step 10
Let Rice Sit for 5 minutes,
Step 11
Fluff and Serve
