Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, mix milk, oats and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to cool
Step 2
Pour on baking sheet and press with a spoon until 1/2 inch thick
Step 3
Top with honey, chocolate chips and salt. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until solid
Step 4
Cut into 8 pieces and place in freezer for a 5 minute blast
